Quality Policy Statement
The objective of Instrument Repair & Calibration, Inc. is to provide modification, repair, calibration and N.I.S.T. traceable certification services that meet or exceed the requirements of ISO 17025, and to satisfy the needs of our customers, regulatory authorities and organizations providing recognition.
Service Warranty
Instrument Repair & calibration, Inc. will "make right" any defect in any defect in parts used or services performed for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the day of the initial service supplied. This includes standard laboratory rates. This warranty excludes labor required for customer demanded overtime and/or costs associated with expediting parts.
All warranty claims must be sent to our laboratory, transportation prepaid, and must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales invoice for warranty validation. Instrument Repair & Calibration, In. reserves the right to repair all such defective parts or products. All repaired or replaced products will be returned with the transportation charges prepaid. Products subjected to physical, mechanical, electrical or environmental abuse, or used in an un-prescribed manner are not covered in this warranty.
Product Warranty
The product shall be free from defective workmanship and/or material for a period of twelve (12) months from date of shipment, provided that the company's obligation hereunder shall be limited to correcting any defective workmanship and/or replacing any defective material F.O.B. destination. If inspection by the company of such product does not disclose any defect of workmanship or material, the company's regular charges will apply. The warranty carries no liability, either expressed or implied, beyond our obligation to replace the unit that carries the warranty. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties of merchantability or fitness. No allowance will be made for any expense incurred for correcting any defective workmanship and/or material without written consent by Instrument Repair & Calibration, Inc.. Unit must be shipped to the company, transportation prepaid, and return-tracking number must be referenced on the package to assure acceptance at our shipping dock. Prices, specifications and decisions subject to change without notice. This warranty is void if the product is subjected to misuse, accident, neglect proper application, installation or operation. This warranty is void if defects in materials or workmanship repairs are made by anyone except Instrument Repair & Calibration, Inc. or its authorized service agency.
Shipping Policy
Items that are available and in stock will be so indicated during the checkout process. If a product is not in stock when you place your order, we will provide you our best estimate of when the product will be available. The availability information shown on our website and provided by our sales staff is the most up-to-date information we have, but this information does not represent a guarantee or promise of availability. once your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your Instrument Repair & Calibration, Inc. on-line Order Confirmation Number. With this number, you can check shipment order status on-line (updated each evening).
Shipping Method
We offer UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day, UPS 2 Day, UPS 1 Day, Federal Express Priority 1 and 2 for Instrument Repair & Calibration, Inc.'s on-line store shipments. Cost for shipping will be shown when checking out. If you are ordering items that are not in stock, please be sure to indicate if you would like available items to be shipped to you (partial shipment) or if you would prefer us to ship the order complete. If it is absolutely necessary to ship by a carrier different from UPS or FedEx, please contact our sales department at 888-807-6303 to place your order by telephone. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, you must use mandatory Next-Day shipping. We do not ship to Military APO or FPO addresses.
If you have an account number with FedEx or UPS and you would like us to us to bill the shipping directly to that carrier in order to make payment easier for you, please be sure to provide your account number with the carrier in the appropriate field when checking out.

International Customers
The Instrument Repair & Calibration, Inc. On-Line Store typically ships products to addresses inside the United States. For international delivery locations, you will be quoted appropriate freight charges (DHL) after the order has been placed (or you can provide us your DHL or FedEx account number on the "Payment Page" when checking out). For orders shipping to international locations, you will be required to complete an on-line export compliance questionnaire during the order check-out process. Your order will then be reviewed for export compliance and you will be notified by email when approved.
